Organic fertilizer production line products are fresh chicken manure, pig manure as raw materials, does not contain any chemical ingredients, and chickens, pigs poor digestion, can only consume 25% of the nutrients, and the other 75% nutrients in the feed with the excrement, so that the dry product contains nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, organic matter, amino acids, proteins and other ingredients. In terms of livestock manure and urine, the manure excreted by a pig in a year, combined with the bedding material, can retting 2000 to 2500kg high-quality organic fertilizer, which contains 11% to 12% organic matter, nitrogen 0.45%, phosphorus pentoxide 0.19%, potassium oxide 0.6%, enough for one mu of annual fertilizer, these organic fertilizers are rich in nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other nutrients. The content is more than 6% and the organic matter content is more than 35%, which is higher than the national standard.
 

What are the common equipment of organic fertilizer production line?
 

1. Crushing equipment
New semi-wet material crusher - vertical crusher and horizontal crusher, the internal structure of the chain type and hammer type. There is no screen, even if the material is crushed out of the water, it will not be blocked.
2. Mixing equipment
Mixers - including vertical mixers, horizontal mixers, double-shaft power mixers, drum mixers, etc. The internal mixing structure is divided into stirring knife type, spiral type and so on. Design a suitable mixing structure according to the characteristics of the material. The discharge port is designed for cylinder control and baffle control.
3.Conveying equipment
Belt conveyor - mobile belt conveyor, fixed belt conveyor, etc., belt conveyor is an indispensable economic logistics conveying equipment for the composition of rhythmic flow line, with strong conveying capacity, long conveying distance, simple structure and easy maintenance, and many characteristics of convenient implementation of programmed control and automatic operation.
4.Granulation equipment
Special pelletizer for organic fertilizer, including disk pelletizer, new wet pelletizer, round throwing machine, drum pelletizer, coating machine, etc. According to the characteristics of raw materials, choose the appropriate granulator.
5.Drying and cooling equipment
Rotary dryer - alias tumble dryer, biological organic fertilizer dryer, because the temperature of organic fertilizer drying can not exceed 80°, so our dryer adopts hot air drying mode.
Coolers - similar in appearance to dryers, but different in material and performance. The main machine of the dryer is made of boiler steel, and the main machine of the cooling machine is made of carbon steel plate.
6.Screening equipment
Screening machine - including drum type and vibration type. The screening machine is divided into three screens, two screens and so on.
7.Encapsulation equipment
Particle coating machine - the main body shape and dryer, cooler similar, the internal structure is very different. The interior of the coating machine is lined with stainless steel or polypropylene. The whole machine includes a matching powder machine and oil pump.
8.Automatic packaging equipment
Automatic metering packaging machine - including spiral and straight flow, single head and double head, the material is stainless steel and carbon steel, according to the actual needs of customers.
